General:
• Market insights, foresights, category and operator understanding.
• Strong project management skills.
Best solutions:
Deliver OTIF cluster innovation and (big) activation projects from BOSSCARD to Market Ready.
Adapt and adopt global projects for the MCOs.
Design and craft exceptional product and packaging experiences, including artwork and claims development.
Create BETs for innovation and big activation projects.
Product: Track quality of top sellers versus brand performance standards and quality benchmarks and identify any issues and/or opportunities.
Packaging: Implement the global packaging guidelines.
Price: Agree strategic pricing with MCOs based on global strategic pricing guidelines.

Digital conversion:
Deliver digital content and assets to MCO’s for always on campaigns to drive conversion and help perfect the MCO operator journeys.
