The Beauty and Personal Care Category covers a variety of well-known brands such as Dove, Lifebuoy, Radox, Rexona, Dushdas, Tresemme, Vaseline, Simple, Sunsilk, AXE, Andrelon, among others.

The Category Procurement team is the face of the business to the Portfolio Procurement teams (buyers) and suppliers and the face of procurement to the full cross functional team, such as Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.

As Category Procurement Lead you will be leading from a procurement perspective one/two of our categories (skin cleansing, skin care, hair care, etc) within the European Beauty and Personal Care division. Be ready to get exposed and out of your comfort zone! You will be directly exposed to all major functions and to the regional category leadership team frequently.

You will have full accountability of the top and bottom line growth of the category from a procurement perspective. Leading the procurement activities related to Innovation, cost savings, sustainability, in/out-sourcing, and much more, either translating and influencing business needs into requests to buyers or engaging with the cross functional team to assure procurement topics are highlighted and picked-up in the project teams.

The category procurement team is changing its culture and challenging the current status quo in relation to purpose, work and learning. We are piloting a program to adapt to what we perceive as the future of work. The Category Procurement Program uses the Flex platform, interns and industrial placements to upscale people’s learning towards their purpose with on the job experiences. As a result, you will have the option/opportunity to build, develop and guide a team of highly passionate and ambitious members.
