JOB PURPOSE

Home Care is showing tremendous growth and is on an ambitious journey of Channel Transformation: Design for Channel, Unilever Professional, Discounters and Ecommerce are key pillars for growth

acceleration. You will be a key member of the Channel transformation team that seeks to deliver this. We will focus on raising the level of our execution in Core channels as well as quickly investing in our capability in New channels like eCommerce. The VP for Channel transformation and his global team will be key business partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Driving insight into action in our Core channels (Hyper Super, General stores) and growthchannels (Ecomm, Discounters etc)

- Opportunity and Growth Analysis for key channels using all our Analytics tools and insight methodologies.

- Performance tracking

- Competitive analysis


Additionally:

- Leading key strategic pieces of work like Category Value drivers, Point of Sale Excellence etc that will impact the entire category

- Coordinating or Conducting key Channel specific consumer insight pieces like Search, Basket, DCU analysis for Ecomm, Decision tree analysis or Point of Sale work for Core Channels.

- Supporting for Design For channel transformation around Portfolio, Content and Investment/demand creation space

- Be responsible for building and developing relationships within the global Channel teams- Ecomm, Shopping, CD, as well as regional and country counter parts in the CMI and CD teams that will help land the transformation

- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and internal Unilever teams


ALL ABOUT YOU

- Strong skills in data analysis

- Good in story telling with data

- Ability to integrate multiple data sources (continuous shopper data, primary research, desk research data, financial data, channel, shopper, PDC etc.) to create meta-analysis for growth insights and mix optimisation.

- Accuracy & strong attention to detail

- Agile & positive attitude: able to deal with changing briefs and challenging deadlines

- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and internal Unilever teams

- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (can be in any context: CMI, Digital, NRM, Catman, Marketing, Finance, SC)

- Commercial and change mindset: eager to drive transformation and growth

- Proven solid analytical skills in project management context
