MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The Specialist will be supporting category managers across EU market procurement team, collecting data and other necessary intelligent for savings projects, from portfolio buyers, R&D, and Finance colleagues. He/she will then organize the needed information and register and regularly updates the savings projects in SRS system. The specialist will also be responsible to analyze the SRS abstracts report, identify the discrepancies and take appropriate actions to improve.
 

KEY INTERACTIONS

The Specialist interacts with:

  • SC & procurement finance
  • Global & regional R&D
  • Global portfolio teams
  • Market procurement team
  • IT (for system improvement & trouble shooting)

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • He/she will ensure On Time in Full delivery of savings projects entries. Below more details:
  • Accurately & timely enter & update savings projects in SRS system
  • Regular reporting based on SRS system output
  • Support team to collect missing data
  • Recommend improvement areas in the SRS process
  • Initiate improvement projects, and represent market procurement team during project execution


 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent excel skills, basic PPT skills
  • Eyes in details and can-do mentality
  • Goal oriented
  • Passion for reporting technologies (e.g., PowerBI) 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (in English)
  • Able to navigate and summarize based on data & system
