Background & Purpose of the Job

Design 4 Channels’ and ‘Design for Retailer’ are new business models created with the strategic intent of driving channel and customers shift into high growth / future fit spaces. They will accelerate our growth towards the 4Bi+ turnover ambition for the Value Channel by 2024, with 60%+ our business winning competitively.

D4C and D4R Visions are to serve Shoppers & Customers sustainably everywhere through a CHANNEL–FIT OPERATING SYSTEM (Org model / Capabilities / Processes) for both the Global Value Channel and the Centralized Value Channel Retailers (Lidl, Aldi, Action). The Main pillars are

The Global Design for Channel Associate will support the Global Value Channel team with in-depth data and insights assistance with ongoing business requests, as well provide strategic assistance with specific D4C and D4R project streams across Divisions and top Markets. The D4CA will also interact and leverage on NRM, CMI and Category knowledge to ensure all insights feed into the main projects.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Proven ability to manage projects, both in a traditional and agile way.

Highly numerate and analytical. Energetic and resilient.

Ability to manage across multiple workstreams simultaneously, in a dynamic environment.

Capable to understand and translate both the Sales and Mktg KPIs

CCD (Customer Category Development) experience strongly preferred.

Good business partner across all functional areas.

Bachelor degree required along with 3+ years’ work experience.
