Need:
The Ice Cream category is looking for an experienced project manager that will aid the implementation of new websites and its content asap across global markets. The role will work closely with internal teams at Unilever and agencies work involved in the roll-outs. 

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the end to end brand implementation network for each brand, including localisation with local markets
Deliver localisation of new websites, manage local brand managers and agencies to deliver content and build of the site on time 
Deliver new assets or source existing product imagery, editorial content and e-commerce assets from the global team, multiple markets, managing creative agency through to delivery, with support of digital brand managers
Source product information from the markets (including legal and R&D approvals)
Manage internal stakeholders (brand, data team, legal, R&D etc.) to gain approvals
Track the high level end to end project plan and ensuring milestones are met on time 
Escalate risks and holding work stream owners accountable for delivery 
Day-to-day support to local markets. Constant watch on live sites, bug reporting and troubleshooting
Participate in the data collection strategy which consists in capturing consumer data through the new websites
Track results of traffic and report in a templated dashboard
Role requirements: 
Senior project manager with experience of website and technical digital builds (5 + years)
Previous work with Unilever an advantage
Experience of working with Technical/Production agencies. An advantage if experience with agencies like WLT/Golin/Sapient.
Wider understanding of brand communications, including FMCG/ premium brands

In-depth understanding of and experience in digital technology
Confidently manages all aspects of end-to-end delivery of the creative work across all parties
Collaborates with the brand teams, securing their input throughout project planning all the way through to delivery
Manages the project plans, budget, delivery and proposals from the assigned suppliers
Tracks and manages financial profitability and manage financial forecasting for assigned projects
Sets up metrics and evaluation criteria for all work
Continuously evaluates and develops quality of work and brand satisfaction, following up with appropriate action
Confident, proven supplier management and facilitation skills - experience in nurturing and growing relationships
Facilitates a friendly, trusting, effective and collaborative working relationship with any stakeholders, preferably with global markets experience

Qualifications, methodologies, tools
Experienced and actively uses different types of project management (Lean/Prince2/Scrum), budgeting and evaluation tools and techniques
Able to adapt to new/different methods and tools
Some experience in setting metrics and using analytics tools, like Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
