Changes are taking place in the team, new ways of working that will have to be adapted quickly. The role will focus on setting targets and support the director in performance management. Extra support needed for 3 months (extendable).

Skills:
-   At ease with numbers
-   Analytical/ logical
-   1-2 years of financial experience and a highly motivated person ( Doesn't need to over experienced)
- Strong Excel skills are a must (80% of the work will be through excel )
- Manage big sets of data
