Freelance Business Development Coordinator
Unilever Food Solutions, our dedicated business to business food service unit, currently has a hugely exciting opportunity to work alongside our Global Key Account Senior Manager for International Contract Catering, building and maintaining a global team of around 70 local Key Account Managers to unlock growth across all of our nutrition and ice cream portfolio.
We are looking for a highly numerate and organised experienced administrator to support our Global Customer Development team, ensuring that we have the right information and processes in place to monitor our progress though out the year and position the team for success.
Key Accountabilities:
Managing the global contact list for all Key Account Managers, ensuring it is always up to date.
Managing the content and access to ICC SharePoint, including keeping best practices and templates up to date.
Assist in developing and management of the Global Live Meetings, from session booking to content creation.
Compiling, tracking, and reviewing the joint business plans for our international contract catering customers, including reporting of completion rates, and monitoring progress at mid-year and year end across forty countries.
Managing the monthly performance reporting, ensuring full compliance, and producing management decks.
Analysing and verifying all global performance year end numbers for all global accounts, and ensuring the correct payment level and cross charging process. This requires the organisation of key account managers in over forty countries, as well as interaction with clients to verify the data supplied.
Collation and tracking of Sodexo glide path saving initiatives.
Managing the contract renewal process for the Global CD team.
In collaboration with our Finance team, develop an online tool (or equivalent) to allow for better monthly reporting and visibility of global CD account performance.
Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as required by the Global Key Accounts Senior Manager.
