Dove & Axe have leading positions in the BNX, with Rexona, Dove Men & Prodent / Signal in the middle of the pack, with share- & TO development opportunity still for all brands.

JOB PURPOSE
The Media Channel Manager is responsible for the design and flawless execution of media /channel strategy based on the communications challenges of the Personal Care brands in BNX and support in the creation of a consistent end-to-end consumer experience.
Making sure consumers are reached on the right moment, right time and right place and gaining the best experience from a brand. In this role you are working closely with our brand team as well as our external agencies.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Responsible for best-in-class media activation and implementation
- Acting as an orchestrator amongst brand and agency partners.
- Challenge/Advise design for channel messaging
- ZBB and performance tracking for above activations.
- Constant track, learn & optimize based on key comms goals (DVJ, Brandlift studies). SKILLS
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Orchestrator – Acting as an orchestrator amongst brand and agency partners
- Experimental mindset – You want to test everything, you see failures as opportunities to
learn and you prefer to put something live now to perfect it later. - Data-Driven decision-making – You have analytical skills with strong business acumen: a
passion for data, the ability to think critically, analyze data and make decisions accordingly. - Entrepreneurial – You are a self-starter, inquisitive, curious, see a challenge in innovative,
complex projects, and do not give up before all possibilities have been explored.
EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Min. 2-4 years of work experience preferably in a digital marketing, media or eCommerce
environment. - Tech & digital media savvy. You are familiar with the latest tends from the media landscape,
digital media tools and applications. - Experience with web analytical tools (e.g. Google), digital & media tools (e.g. DSPs) and CMS
tools (Adobe) are a plus.
