As a Business Partner on Talent (Internal Talent Partner), you will be responsible for the Talent Agenda of your portfolio. This goes from overseeing the internal recruitment process to driving the longer-term talent agenda and needs for the function / skill based groups you support. You will be a trusted talent partner for the business and HRBP to support, advise, and challenge on talent topics to deliver great quality service to hiring managers, drive excellence and more human candidate experiences. You are the go-to-person for employees concerning career development in line with the Future Fit Plans. You are also the go-to-person for Hiring Managers regarding (individual) talent needs and guiding them through the right Route to Talent – identifying the right talent internally, approaching Open Talent Economy options or looping in the External Talent Partner for external hiring.

You work closely with Business Leads and their Leadership Teams, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR People Partners to oversee and manage the internal talent pipeline and needs for a dedicated function, this role is pivotal in having a holistic talent view. You add value by the knowledge and management of the internal talent pipeline through individual conversations, talent meetings for dedicated functions, and support to build a functional Talent Strategy. The Internal Talent Partner acts as a true Talent Consultant, e.g. on internal Market View, Talent Trends, HR analytics-enabled business insights on quality of hire and internal bench.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the expert on the internal talent market for a broad range of functions and advise the business teams on trends and opportunities

  • You will drive the Talent Agenda, in cooperation with business leads and HRBPs, with a focus on demand planning discussions and forecasts, facilitating impactful People Forums, build internal talent pipelines / succession planning and understand function specific talent needs

  • Define, execute and creatively re-think the Talent strategy in order to provide and develop diverse internal (and external) Talent pipelines for short term and long-term business needs

  • Manage Internal vacancy portfolio process end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner with the Hiring Manager and People Experience Lead (entry level / manager / executive roles)

  • Networking to build, manage and maintain the internal talent pipeline of future fit talent

  • Work towards set KPIs: accountable for new recruitment technology adoption, speed, costs and superior Hiring Manager & Candidate experience

  • Provide and analyse data on key recruitment / talent metrics and utilise metrics to identify and implement process improvements

  • (Co)-Drive Employer Branding activities and campaigns in your functional/skill area

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in HR / Business / Marketing / Economics or related field

  • Minimum of 4-5 years demonstrated experience in end-to-end Recruitment/Talent Management, preferably at a global business in FMCG / (Online) Retailers

  • Fluency in English

  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills is a must

  • Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (such as Workday, Hiredscore, Visier)

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, both on an operational and strategic level

  • Agility in a dynamic and ever-changing Talent landscape and business and able and comfortable with maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines in a demanding environment

  • Ability to influence with data and insights

  • Preferably experience and knowledge of international recruitment & procedures

  • You should be passionate about hiring the best talent, delivering world class experience to employees on their key moments, networking, and building Unilever businesses through our Talent Partnering
