JOB PURPOSE             

Unilever Food Solutions in the foodservice (B2B) part of Unilever. Present in 26 multi-country organizations (MCOs) and with an ambition plan to grow double digit in the coming years. 

 

UFS is evolving – fast! Over the last number of years, we have undertaken through a significant pivot and massive digital acceleration and upskilling in order to enable more direct communication with smaller harder to reach operators who are critical to our longer-term business goals. This transformation has resulted in a change of focus in the way mixes are designed, communicated, and sold. We have embarked on a journey to reach and engage 5 million operators through our digital marketing strategy. In this new context effective Brand communication, sharp portfolio propositions, and operator centric innovation play a key role. The Global/EU Foods Team sits at the heart of the portfolio and innovation transformation to go hand in hand with the business target and the market needs. The Global ABM role is within this team and its focus is Innovation/renovation delivery and Brand Communication. The ABM will be in charge of Innovation & Renovation projects and will partner with the markets to land it on time and in full. The role reports to the Global/EU Foods Marketing Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growth plan for the Foods category and to shape the future funnel and brand proposition.  As such it demands an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude paired with strong project management skills. A good degree of familiarity with brand communication tools and innovation process is also required. You will be expected to take the full lead on innovation & renovation projects, as well as playing a strong contributing role in defining and refining the Brand Communications. Being close to your markets is essential so strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to co–create and co-develop with others is a must.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE? 

• Innovation & Renovation project management (OTIF delivery)

• Brand Communication - creating Brand experience toolkits for managed projects

• Design/craft the exceptional product experiences, incl AWs & claims development

• Project team & Stakeholder Management

• BC reviews and analysis

 

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2+ years of experience in regional or Global ABM role in FMCG field

• Proven track record of successfully running innovation and/or renovation projects

• Proven record of leading crossfunctional teams

• Excellent presentation & Stakeholder management skills

• Agencies management experience (pack design, communication, digital).

• Excel good operational level

• Excellent English

• Unilever experience is a strong plus

• Foods categories/Food service experience is a plus
