Your opportunity

As we are a new, standalone organisation we are on an exciting journey to ensure we have a fully operational People & Organisation (HR) team. As P&O Operations team we provide excellent employee experiences to our employees and line managers on all their HR questions and transactions. 

As People Experience & Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with our HR colleagues around the globe to answer employee queries, manage transactions in our HR system (Workday) and create and deliver documents. You will ensure that employees and line managers have a great experience, handle questions with speed and accuracy for any event in the employee life cycle (e.g. onboarding, promotions, terminations). We are currently building the team, creating new ways of working and continuously look for opportunities to be more efficient and deliver a better experience. We are therefore looking for an independent, pro-active, motivated, accurate People Experience & Operations Specialist. Your Key Responsibilities

  • You ensure Workday is always 100% accurate by maintaining employee and organizational data
  • Conducting any workday y transactions as a result of employee or line manager queries or events (e.g. Joining, Moving, Leaving, absence, job data changes). This includes workday data maintenance as well as providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and employees on Workday related queries.
  • Create and send all required employee documents (e.g. contracts, leave letters, absence letters, promotion letters, employee reference documents) 
  • Interact on a daily basis with HR colleagues to deliver insight into the employee data base, support on employee or line manager query and together deliver an end to end great employee or line manager experience for any query or action required. 
  • Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data based organizational decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems
  • Notify relevant stakeholders of employee changes and ensure completion (Benefits completion, notifying authorities or service providers)
  • Ensure all relevant data input is shared on time in full with your colleagues responsible for payroll

  • Ideally has an excellent understanding and experience in Workday and the interlinkages between Workday and other relevant systems. OR a proven ability to get up to speed fast with new tools & technology
  • Experience with delivering HR services, working with tickets/employee queries
  • Experience with providing support to employees, line managers and HR colleagues on employee transactions and/or document creation
  • Being able to work independent, highly accurate and can deal with short deadlines
  • Not afraid of an ever-changing environment and quickly changing priorities or ability to support on ad hoc request
  • Customer-centricity. Being of service to others is their passion – strong customer-focus and high levels of empathy are key in this role.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively and find ways to work more efficient
  • Great teamplayer who is always willing to share knowledge and provide advice
  • Master of Office applications (Advanced Excel skills is a pre) and ideally also Workday
  • Minimum of a Bacherlor’s degree
  • Fluent in English
