For the next step on its journey Unilever Benelux is looking for a Customer and Contract Pricing Clerk to join the integrated Operations team.

The Customer Contract & Pricing Clerk (CCPC) is playing a key role in the Contract & Pricing team within the Integrated Operations team. With an annual invoiced amount exceeding 2 billion €, the importance of accurate pricing is paramount.

The Customer Contract & Pricing Clerk will focus on resolving existing price claims and make sure we learn the necessary lessons to avoid the same happening in the future.  

On top of this the CCPC will help the team to treat incoming invoices from our customers so that they can be treated swiftly.

The Customer Contract & Pricing Clerk will be in close contact with the Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist who are the main point of contact for our Sales Teams. He/She will also be in contact with our team in Poland which receives the price claims and does first checks.



  • Price Claims
    • Review price claims received through our team in Poland
    • Look for final agreement with the customer (in systems or by checking with Sales)
    • Provide input for HUB (team in Poland) to close or reject the price claim
    • Keep track of progress
    • Keep track of most common issues & propose improvement steps
  • Customer Invoices
    • Prepare booking of customer invoices
    • Link invoices with provisions in SAP (Rebates)
    • Book invoices
  • Tariff checks
    • Periodic check on our tariffs




  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong Bias for Action, meticulous and high sense of accountability
  • Able to work with cross functional and remote teams
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel skills (vlookup; match; if;…) and attention to detail
  • Able to work with deadlines and both in team as independently
  • IT skills: Excel, SAP
  • Language skills: Fluency in Dutch and working knowledge of English
