For extra help during its journey Unilever Benelux is looking for a Promo Specialist to join the Operations team. 

Less time spent on Running the Business to reinvest in Growing the Business whilst Improving Customer and Employee Satisfaction is the vision of our operations Department. Operations brings Customer Development, Supply Chain and Sales within Unilever Benelux together in realizing excellent execution. JOB SUMMARY 

The Promo Specialist is playing a key role in the Contract & Pricing team within the Operations team. With an annual invoiced amount exceeding 2 billion €, the importance of accurate pricing is paramount.

The Promo Specialist will focus his/her attention on correctly treating all consumer promo’s held at our customers. In doing so he/she will assure a correct representation of our commitments in our books and assess potential risks & opportunities



WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?


  • First Point of Contact for creating provisions/rebates:
  • Monitor Promotional Approval flow
  • Ensure correct upload of approved promo’s in SAP
  • Monitor rebate (provision) build up in SAP
  • Provide suggestions to improve the process
  • First Point of Contact for our Out of Home & Foodsolutions Sales Team
  • Treat incoming invoices for OOH & FS customers
  • Provide answers on eventual questions coming from CD teams
  • EDI claims processing
  • Process eventual claims for non accepte EDI invoices by SuperUnie.
  • Provide ideas for improvement


KEY REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE 


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with FMCG Retail landscape and ways of working
  • Strong Bias for Action, meticulous and high sense of accountability
  • Able to work with cross functional and remote teams
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with strict deadlines and both in team as independently
  • IT skills: Excel, SAP
  • Language skills: Fluency in Dutch and preferably working knowledge of English (BE).
