Main Job Purpose:

Provide support to the Procurement Manager and extended 3PM Team.


Key Accountabilities:

  • To help procurement manager to implement Unilever procurement strategies/policies. 
  • To co-deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies, negotiations and supplier compliance.
  • Calculation/financial analysis of the portfolio, including price benchmarking and total cost analysis. 
  • To handle diverse customer, supplier or operational issues when they arise to co-deliver supply chain KPI’s.
  • Create/update contracts in the system and ensure they are signed by suppliers. To ensure that suppliers are onboarded in our systems, are compliant/approved and paid on time.
  • Scouting for new suppliers.

  • Must be strong on execution, analytical skills and to present key findings in a crisp way.
  • Must be able to work independently and virtually.
  • Must be able to build relationships with people across diverse geographies and companies.



Experience Required: 

  • Basic procurement experience and/or Supply Chain experience.
  • Good understanding of how supply chains work (Common Sense).
  • 0 -2 year of  work experience 
  • UL internship count as work experience 
  • Educational background: Supply Chain / Finance / Business Analytics minimal HBO
