Project Manager- Marketing, Project Blossom
We are looking for a driven and super organized Project Manager that always challenges status quo and looks forward to creating the future of tea. The manager needs to be self driven and detail oriented. He needs to hold the marketing processes separation timeline.
This role will identify, plan and track the transfer of all relevant internal Unilever marketing tools, systems, operations and database to assure a smooth transition. The role needs to liaise with Work stream leads, external agencies and Unilever employees across the world.

What are the main responsibilities within this role?
Work with PWC and internal team to Audit and list full processes available in service for marketers in Unilever ecosystem, across marketing, Artwork, CMI, digital hub, UFS, central marketing excellence teams.
Migrate local and global systems from UL to Tea Company.
Track status of migration and coordinate with stakeholders
Understand and lead transition plan on:
Blue (artwork management system)
AdPro
Agency SWOP
Asset Bank
CMCO
etc
Database Transition: Audit and identify all teams and shared folders across marketing and support functions
Liaising with IT team for actual transfers
Ways of working for readiness for day 1, transition plan
Migrate all relevant local and global contracts from UL to TeaCo.
Manage weekly reports for separation and blossom team
Preferred Qualifications:
English proficiency (business)
Solid project delivery experience, having delivered complex systems and operation transitions
Good knowledge of all aspects of project management services and ability to manage multiple projects
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and leading and participating in teams
Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain demanding timelines. Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and agency partners
