Job purpose
As the Project TAG deployment PMO your role is to deploy the new guidelines on Asset management that have been piloted in Mannheim Sourcing Unit to the remainder of the sourcing units in Europe. Therefore delivering a significant improvement of our Fixed Asset controls in EU. This should then also be used as a best practice in different functions and regions whilst ensuring a future proof concept by integrating the approach with the digital factory set up.
Key Interactions
The project TAG deployment PMO will report into the Network Lead HPC MAKE Europe and frequently interact or work together with:
- Project Lead TAG
- SU controllers
- WDs
- SCVPs
- MAKE finance Capabilities team
- Central MAKE finance
- EU controllers team
- Global Engineering
- GCAD
- Global SC finance team
Key Accountabilities
Define Specific Desktop procedure and playbook for Asset Management in Europe by Sourcing Unit
Translate global asset management guidelines into a clear Desktop procedure for EU strategic sites
Define a playbook based on rollout experiences to ensure independent implementation of non strategic sites
Define and execute detailed deployment strategy
Define clear rollout strategy for EU SUs including:
Site rollout plan Strategic / Non strategic
Deployment strategy incl playbook and desktop procedure
Support sites on implementation of Project TAG asset tagging process by
Training of new sites
On site deployment of Desktop procedure and set up of FAR
Share and embed best practice cross functions and regions
Work with central SC finance to establish EU as operational best practice in asset tagging and verification
Work with GCAD to share EU controls best practice for different regions
Work with Audit team to define solution for audit deficiencies raised during June 2019
Liase with Digital factory team to ensure alignment in asset mapping approach

Experience Requiered
- Successfully completed bachelor-master program (Finance, Digital)
- 0 – 1 years of work experience (corporate knowledge, FMCG)
- CIMA completion or equivalent is a pre
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
- Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment and / or in regional (virtual) teams desirable
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
