Supply Chain Analyst

BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Planning, Analytics & Customer Experience (PACE) is a global team of Unilever driving execution through business operations excellence and Supply Chain (SC) capabilities.

This role strikes an ideal balance between thrill of building future capabilities for SC Analytics and the excitement of bringing visibility to Unilever planning and customer service performance across all Unilever clusters

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for global service, planning and S&OP performance management, leading the weekly/monthly reporting cycles coordinating with Unilever IT business partners
• Bring visibility & clarity of global supply chain trends and identify hotspots by means of tailored advanced analytics supporting PACE VP for supply chain leadership meetings
• Generate actionable insights using data analytics and storytelling.
• Communicate insights across the globe to various audiences via numerous communication methods
• Governance of current analytics tools and capabilities
• User, deployment and communication management
• Helping with planning pillar from global team side for Real Time Data Visibility (Data Lake), partnering with local markets for KPI definitions, BDL creation supporting the global Unilever SC Digital Transformation agenda
• Identify key gaps in current capabilities/tools, ways of working and processes in Unilever SC Analytics

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in SC Management, Engineering
• Good knowledge of Customer service and Planning
• Knowledge of a data science project process would be an asset (storytelling and decision making focused practices)
• Advanced Excel Skills (VBA, DAX and data base structures is a plus)
• Creating high quality content using PowerPoint, PowerView, PowerBI (among other BI tools) 
• Accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to analyse, model and interpret data. Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and presentation)
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience
