Project Blossom Go-live: Q2 2023

This role sits within Ekaterra’s Supply Chain Finance workstream as part of Project Blossom, to establish the new systems and processes for End state. This is a project-based role and will focus on driving the design and delivery of the 3 Core SCF areas of Product costing, Transfer Pricing and Material Ledger Month End Close and also SCF Forecasting within the S&OP and Business Planning. . For this role we are looking for an individual with strong PM/ PMO experience ideally in the Supply Chain Finance area gained within a FMCG/ CPG. 

The core system to be implanted will be S4/Hana.

 

Required

Solid Project Management / PMO experience gained on a Finance project (at least 5 years)

Finance experience ideally gained within SCF (5-10 years) 

Understanding of core SCF areas of Product Costing, Transfer Price and Material Ledger

Understanding of Business Planning and SOP forecast 

SAP Implementation experience (S/4 HANA would be a bonus)

 

Expected activities

Support business SMEs and S/4 Hana SCF Consultant during design, build and implementation, including involvement through testing, training and deployment.

Work with Business Integrator and SMEs across workstreams to close out all open items and Integration points to finalise detailed design ahead of build and implementation phases for 

Core SCF Processes (PC, TP, ML MEC) 

SC Forecasting processes within S&OP and business planning

Support in shaping SCF Forecasting processes ensuring alignment to three core processes listed above 

Ensure cross workstream alignment on key design integration points in relation to SCF including process areas in other workstreams e.g., R2R, FP&A, Supply Chain, Tax, Masterdata …etc. 

Drive generation of testing approach and scripts including user stories and acceptance criteria

Creating and managing the SCF Project Plan & Milestones in line with the overall Blossom Program Plan

Proactively managing risks and issues through weekly RAID Log management with the team 

 

 Additional Info 

This role will be reporting to the Global SCF Director (also the Blossom SCF workstream lead) and will be key in driving the project on their behalf.

Key member of SCF Blossom Project Team collaborating with Business SMEs (Factory Finance managers, Logistic Finance Manager and PC/TP Finance Analyst) SAP SC Consultant and 3P Consultants who will be our Business Integrator and Systems Integrator.

SCF Finance falls within the Overall Finance Workstream and we will need to be closely aligned across all Finance Sub-workstreams.
