Talent Advisor - Senior
Your role will consist of:
Managing all internal and external recruitment activities, placing priority on filling roles. Picking up recruitment of roles for a variety of functions, but mainly for our research & development (R&D) function, and a variety of work levels (from interns to directors)
Managing candidate and hiring manager relationships and communicating employment value proposition to prospective hires
Supporting graduate recruitment activities and employer branding with the campus managers (current trainees)
Working on different recruitment related projects, such as diversifying the way of resourcing in R&D, building connections with universities & startups etc.
Managing talent & recruitment partnerships with suppliers / vendors
Ensuring compliance with global and local recruitment policies
We are looking for someone with:
A minimum of 8 years recruiting experience and preferably General HR experience
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
Strong project management skills; with a proven record for very structured, detailed and accurate ways of working
Knowledge of different HR / Recruitment software (e.g. Taleo, HireVue, Workday, HiredScore etc.) and highly motivated to adopt new technology
Willingness to join a young and fun Benelux Talent Advisory team and work flexibly in both Wageningen & Rotterdam (2-3 days Wageningen, 1-2 days Rotterdam).
Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
WO master’s degree, preferably with HRM / Business specialization
Fluency in English
Work location: Wageningen (2-3 days per week) & Rotterdam (1-2 days per week)
