Business Planning - Sales and Operations Finance Analyst

Role description and summary of activities that is expected from this person:

• Finance professional with solid experience of the Business Planning(forecasting) and S&OP process (Sales & Operations planning) and who understands Finances’s role within it.
• Experience in either designing, implementing, or running Annual Plan / monthly forecast financial processes.
• The role will cover financial forecasting from both a Market Sales Organisation and Supply Chain Finance perspective
• Supply Chain Finance Forecasting knowledge should cover the areas of  Product Costing (Materials & Packaging) , Transfer Pricing, Manufacturing & Logistics  
• knowledge in CPG or similar industry,
• Accounting background,
• Implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA  environment would be desirable

Expected activities:

• Support during the lifecycle of the programme,
• Finance lead in working sessions for the detailed design phase,
• Involvement through testing and training into deployment,
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor / Msc degree in Finance / Accounting
• FMCG experience
