Therefore UFS is accelerating its digital transformation to fuel growth through data driven and technology enabled Go-to-Market (GtM) capabilities. The focus of UFS is to engage with chefs & customers through an integrated digital selling strategy using both on- and offline touchpoints like visits by sales representatives, the UFS.com website and webshop, social media and tele business, using segmented and personalized campaigns. The new roles of marketing and sales teams are more integrated in the digital ecosystem and are vital for a great operator & customer experience. UFS NL is organized in operator conversion teams (OCT) with the objective to drive integrated demand creation online and offline in all the out of home channels. These teams are business steering and deliver the overall business revenue by driving the total marketing and sales funnel through end-to-end activations in a cross-functional and agile way of working. This job description is for the role of Campaign Specialist within the UFS The Netherlands team.
 

Main purpose of the job:
Lead and activate the campaigning process with a focus on email and loyalty within the local organization, reaching and engaging chefs, and driving conversion to sale - resulting in valuable long-term buying relationships.


Main Accountabilities
• Co-creation of the always-on campaigning plan
• Works with and advises Operator marketers on the creative briefing of their major campaigns to ensure they are created for digital
• Translating campaign concepts and ideas into an integrated journey / flow, choosing the right touchpoints that fit the target audience and use the right call to actions to drive conversion
• Design & build process of non-automated campaigns (e.g. newsletters)
• Design & build process of automated and trigger based campaigns
• Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly
• Monitor campaign experience and operator journey
• Drive digital change within the organization from a campaign perspective
• Own the ‘emailing-expertise’ as the local expert (Marketo and integrations)
• Working together with data scientists to prepare data driven and personalized campaigns
• Member of the Operator Life Cycle Team (cross OCT) to define and build Loyalty flows
• Own & manage the loyalty program ‘Cook & Save’ with third partner for fulfilment
