Global SC Analyst
BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN JOB PURPOSE
New Business Models (NBM) is a global team within Unilever creating Supply Chain capabilities to drive growth particularly within the eCommerce channel. This role strikes a balance between building future capabilities for SC eCommerce and bringing visibility to Unilever teams around the world of those that already exist.
JOB SUMMARY
• Role is supporting the Global New Business Models team, focused on eCommerce Supply Chain Capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Project Lead for Design 4 eCommerce / “eCom cockpit” dashboard
o Liaising with various business teams to capture requirements
o Main business Point Of Contact towards our Information and Analytics team and the wider development team
o Responsible for project across the entire funnel (BOSCARD, BRD, development, implementation launch)
• On Line Availability Dashboard Industrialization
o Dashboard Automation
o Incorporation additional data sources (Yimian for China data, Data impact for France)
o Ramp-up to full scope; 26 markets
• Integration OLA Dashboard & PACE Reporting
Required Language: English
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate level education
• Good knowledge of Customer service and Planning within Supply Chain
• Knowledge of a data science project process would be an asset
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Creating high quality content using PowerPoint, PowerView, PowerBI (among other BI tools)
• Accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to analyse, model and interpret data. Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and presentation)
• Minimum 2 years work experience

Working from home given COVID circumstances, at the office if/when applicable. Role is part of the New Business Models (NBM) team, reporting into Global NBM Manager/Director
