Your opportunity
 

Ekaterra is currently being set up as a standalone organisation. This means we are on an exciting journey to ensure we have a fully operational People & Organisation (HR) team who can act independent from Unilever and provide excellent employee experiences. This role will focus on setting up our own end-to-end global HR operations to deliver excellent services to our ekaterra employees across the globe. We are therefore looking for a strong, independent, pro-active, project manager to work with the HR director and the various global and local HR teams in making this ambitious project happen.

Your Key Tasks
Reporting to the Employee Experience Lead (HR director) you will lead the project management of setting up our own HR services operations over the next months.

• Create and own overall project planning and sub-activities
• Connect with all the relevant ekaterra and Unilever (cross-functional) stakeholders as well as the local ekaterra HR teams to find the best approach for any challenge together and to ensure progress
• Support resolution of cross-functional issues at global and local level, escalating risks/decisions to global teams as necessary
• Support the local countries with any questions or concerns they raise and bring these to the attention of the relevant function experts.
• Support in building all relevant documents for our standalone service teams (Process flows, work instructions, training materials)
• Lead the change management and communication around this transition within ekaterra

Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
• Analytically strong, quick to understand causes and effects, loves a bit of pressure and working in a very dynamic environment
• Experience with driving transformations and change management
• 3+ year experience as project and/or team manager in the area of HR operations
• Familiar with creating process flows balancing practical, efficient ways of working with delivering excellent employee experiences
• Loves to work in a global team in an international organisation
• Fluent in English
• Workday experience is a plus
