WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Partnering the European marketing teams in development and execution of the category and brand strategic plans
Partnering any Global Marketing initiatives run from or led by Europe (eg Gifting) in development and execution of the category and brand strategic plans.
Support active portfolio reviews (incl white space launches) to facilitate priority setting and funnel management
Support in big Innovation business cases (>10M), including coaching marketing teams to understand risks, facilitate making trade-offs and in-market tracking/course correcting
Collect data for the preparation of business cases at Europe level to drive faster decision making and innovation cycle across business
Drive GM% improvement plans through NRM, 3PM cost analysis and other initiatives e.g mix & innovations & pricing
· Ownership of 5$ plan
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
· Master degree in Accounting/ finance or equivalent;
· Over 1-3 years’ experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles
· Commercial acumen
· Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
· Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· Flexible and open minded, quick to adapt to changing requirements
